The Family Studio provided a decent amount of space for a family, accommodating our needs reasonably well. Great proximity to the beach for sunbathing and sandcastles.
The pool closure for maintenance was a letdown, especially since it wasn't communicated well in advance. Arriving to find a missing balcony in the room was also disappointing. Additionally, the absence of an ice machine left us with warm drinks, which I couldn't do anything about. The parking situation felt restrictive, as early arrivals couldn’t park without an extra charge, adding to the hassle of check-in.

The view from my Suite was amazing, overlooking the beach with a nice tropical decor throughout the apartment. Valet parking was included, which made check-in easy. I appreciated the effort of the reception staff who were friendly and welcoming. However, the elevators were a significant issue. only two out of four were working during my stay. This frequently created long waiting times, forcing us to use the stairs on multiple occasions, especially during peak hours. Inside the apartment, the floor needed urgent repairs, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, the overall comfort of the suite made our stay enjoyable despite the inconveniences.
